I completely agree with you . you should not "hack" a job. Working for ERAC is definelty not worth it for the PAY, BS, and Hours. If you working 60-70hrs a week and making that little and you cant see something wrong with that, then you deserve to be working there.

Isn't it funny how you give your two weeks, and they cry and do everything to keep you. Then on your last day when you leave they say "you couldn't hack it" when just an hour before they were begging you to stay.

You guys should check out the University of Phoenix. Culver Careers recruits for them, just like they do for erac. The similarities of an MT and a Recruitment Counseler are scary. They even have a hate site like this called UOPSUCKS.COM. They also have a message board. So if you quit erac, don't even think about UOP.

everyday when I go to work I hear "blah blah how was your night" , my response......"spent it on monster.com", then they laugh and think I am cute, if only they knew the seriousness of it all

My BM and I both turned our notice in on the same day. Our area was already short by 8 employees and this was going to really screw them over. My BM said fuck it and left the next day so they tried like hell to keep me. I told them I wasn't making enough money (32K as AM) so they gave me another half percent on my commission which didn't amount to very much(33k). Then they opened up a "new" position at admin but I said no. So two days before my last day they were doing interviews for my position, so to screw with them I told them that I thought I would like to stay after all. They said oh, you are realizing the big picture again and said ok and cancelled the interviews. Then two days later I told them that I changed my mind and I was leaving after all. Naturally they were pissed and the VP ended up talking to me forever it seemed but I left and 7 months later I feel soooooooooo relieved. There should not be that much stress involved in renting fucking cars.

Why is it that when somebody leaves ERAC, it is said "they couldn't hack it"? I left because I was lied to the entire time I worked for the company. But I could definitely "hack it". Not many of you ERAC'ers have been in the military and served two tours in Iraq. I did just that. So to say I can't "hack it" is hilarious to me. Why don't your fuckers stop drinking the kool-aid and get a real job and a life.
