My master plan towards ERAC

I got a marketing degree. Where I live, finding a entry level marketing job is very tough. Most marketing jobs consisted only of sales or advertising agency work. With no luck at landing a job I wanted, I decided what-the-hell, I'm going to try out for ERAC. During the whole interview step process, I wanted to see how the MT position was like. Lo and behold I stumbled upon this website. Reading how terrible these posts were, I still pursued it. Why? I'm only doing this for the experience. I haven't made top performer and I don't think I ever will. Hopefully, the next employer will still understand the hard work I put into this damned company. I will probably be leaving ERAC after I hit my 6 months.

On a side note, I seriously hate people acting overly enthusiastic. It is so fake and obvious. Reminds me of being in a network marketing company that is really a pyramid scheme.

Where do you want to go after six month? It sounds like a similer situation my friend went through awhile ago with ERAC. She ended up doing advertisiing/sales with awesome company. I think she has a crush on a employee that still works there for ERAC.

Who knows, prolly get a MBA degree first. Can you believe there are some people who have MBA degrees and work for ERAC?! Ridiculous!

I always felt it was too. My first ARM was all about drinking the Kool-Aid, and if I didn't want, trying to tie me down and stick a fucking funnel in my mouth to make me drink anyways. It always felt so fake, and you could just tell when he was going into bullshit mode. His tone would get higher, he would start talking faster and louder, and it was obvious to anybody with half a brain that he was spouting off utter horseshit. Of course, most of the kiddos at ERAC ate that up with a big brown shit-grin smile on their face.
