You all also have to remember that you were recruited for a reason. They generally try and recruit those who are outgoing and generally nice people. They also recruit a lot of people who chose weak majors in college like sociology, marketing, or art (basically people who have taken the easy way out). Consider it a gift that someone has given you a chance to make 30K a year in retail even though mom and dad paid for you to get a slip of paper that says you can memorize definitions. By the way... EVERYONE has gone one to success on this site. Either you are admitting ERAC isnt that bad or you are lying and therefore lose credibility in your responses.

How could you say that their weak major for ERAC? Some people there don’t even have a fucken degree besides kissing lots of upper management’s asses. Look at Gavin the RVP somewhere in another state, his major was psychology. This company is full of lies and only recruit’s people still in college. You should see their phony faces when they try to sale you a dream that you’ll make million’s one day if you work really hard to achieve it. That’s not true, there are politic and backstabbers there at admin. Remember to never tell your mentor, area manager, and branch manger anything. The only people you should trust is yourself and you family.
