Hello

I am not sure if this is going to annoy people but...
I work at enterprise and I love it. I skip to work everyday. My boss is awesome. Everyone is my age so we have fun and go out. I never work more then 50 hours a week and if I do my boss scolds me as he gets a nice email from admin. He points at me and tells me to go home if I have done well or we are quiet. He never lets customers yell at any of us.

I get plenty of bonus's in my pay check and your right if you work the hourly wage out it not $30,000 a year its way less. But if you don't make over $30,000 you haven't been doing your job anyway. There are plenty of oppourtunity to make more.

We have three car preps and a heated wash bay. I wash cars to help out my co-workers sometimes. My clothes are not trashed. I love our customers and all the people we deal with on a daily basis. I am not unnaturally peppy I just like working this job a lot.

I understand posting on this web site seems odd but I love some of your posts. Esp funny experiences which I can relate to.

I think some jobs are not for some people and thats cool. I looked at plenty of companies before I took this job but chose this comp.

Best wishes

A

I'm guessing that you have only been with the company for a short period of time. Just wait til the koolaid wears off and you have to start dealing with people who don't have money but want you to rent them a car, people getting pissed at you b/c they are dumbasses and wrecked their car but it's your fault. People pissed at you because "their car is on the way", etc, etc.

Hey Skippy,

What town are you in-you don't need to give a branch##. Bonuses? What bonuses where? The only time the BM scolds anyone is if they don't get dub. You must be working at a Virtual Branch getting your Virtual MBA too.

You all also have to remember that you were recruited for a reason. They generally try and recruit those who are outgoing and generally nice people. They also recruit a lot of people who chose weak majors in college like sociology, marketing, or art (basically people who have taken the easy way out). Consider it a gift that someone has given you a chance to make 30K a year in retail even though mom and dad paid for you to get a slip of paper that says you can memorize definitions. By the way... EVERYONE has gone one to success on this site. Either you are admitting ERAC isnt that bad or you are lying and therefore lose credibility in your responses.
