I don't make anywhere near that, but I will someday with ERAC! Glad to have you. This site cracks me up as well. Great job! Chris

"This site is fun. Your all a bunch of babies. I have been with Enteprise for 8 years. I am a Region Rental Manager and I made 275K last year. I have an interview for an Regional Vice President spot next week. If I get it and do nothing more than simply show up for work I will earn nearly 400K next year. This job is so simple. For all of you that could not hack it and hate Enterprise... Good. More money for me and my friends that do well and love life. I love going to the bank where Ex Enterprise employees work and asking for my account balance and watching their eyes get real big. It's even better when I give them my card and offer them a job and watch their jaws drop with disgust and they realize that could have been them..." NIGGA, PLEEEEZE. You rent cars. You're a total loser and a laughing stock, no matter how much money you think you make. LMAO!!! FUCKIN IDIOT, thinking we are "impressed."

He's telling the truth, there's plenty of those folks in each group making that kind of money. Just because you're not making that kind of money doesn't mean you need to bring him down. In addition, I bet he hasn't physically rented a car in a long time, but he obviously does a good job leading his folks. Chris

He doesn't rent cars anymore buddy. Did you read my last post? Chris

You can tell the quality of the people on here, when they don't register and identify themselves. This place cracks me up. Chris

I know when I graduated college the job market was pretty bad. I took the ERAC job because I thought it just might work out.I took the chance,I knew within a few weeks this place was not for me. What I learned in training, and what was done in the office were much different. My manager was nothing like what they told me it would be. During training A question was asked. What do we do if we do not have a car for a customer who made a reservation for a business trip? The answer I got from the leaders of the training session which were two ARMS, loss control and others said. There will always be a car somewhere and we will get it to you for your customer. If you see that yuor day is bust let yuor branch manger know what is going on so they can make the phone calls to find a car. Only flaw is, my branch manger was always out doing (marketing), too tired to come to work, to hungover, to drunk to take care of these kinds of problems. When I did try to fix them on my own and they were now what the BM wanted it was always hell to pay. When I asked why they were not there or what I should of done differently. All I got was an ass chewing that I should of called them and let them know what the situation was. That it was my fault that I took to long to act on it. If they had known about it earlier it would not have been a problem. Yeah right. Stick it to the man

I think a lot of the bitterness of ex employees on this board comes from the fact that people didn't realize soon enough that the job isn't for them. Or maybe they do realize it but stick around anyway. Enterprise is not a place to be if you're just there to collect the paycheck. In my experience, you're either in or you're out, and when you're out, you gotta go. Otherwise the grind of the job will get to you and then you'll start to see all the shit that gets posted on here start to happen. Just my .02. |

Exactly, this job is not for everyone.Maybe for no one. Some of us have found a way to make it work, and some of us have not. With ERAC I think a good part of it is being in the right place at the right time, the right branch, the right manager, the ARM and the right time when all of the above are in perfect alingment with the heavens and stars!LOL I have seen people become ARMS in 6 years. One person I know of did not attend every branch outing, he never attended one holiday party. Now he is ARM, his numbers were nothing great. But they were steady, maybe average. Nothing remarkable. Maybe there were other reasons why he was promoted. I dont know. Others who have become ARMS were all gun whole a few years back. Just recently an ARM quit with only 24months in as an ARM. I can remember him at meetings when I was an MT, he was out of control, so hyper, so go out and get them. I guess the hours fianlly wore him down and left. So maybe this job was not really for him either. maybe he was just kidding himself. My ARM has been in the same position for 7 years. For the past 4 he has been trying to move up.Throwing for the next postiton. But somehow he never makes it.Which I do not understand, two BM form our area our now ARM also. you would thibnk that would mean something. But I think the powers that be at ERAC just do not want him anywhere else.Maybe it is there way of saying. We dont want you. I feel sorry for the man he ahs about 12 years in and no where else to go. Just a questionfor everyone else. Does anyone no what the suscide rate for EARC is.Just curious. Stick it to the man
