| also another thing about your gpa being a 3.5. erac normally does not want this type of person because you will call bullshit on most things quicker then other people would so to them you are a big risk to hire because you will turnover quicker then others. |

| to the champ with a 4.0. first of all your not that bright if you think you can outrun the pyramid and if you really have a 4.0 you could have started at like 60k to start somewhere else. must not be too smart? anybody else agree? |

| Yeah there's book smart and common sense....two different things. I think the 4.0 guy probably had other options....but sometimes people don't realize all the options they have....or the confidence to persue all their options. Plus sometimes people have student loans they need to get started paying and take the first viable offer. Besides all of us.... no matter our gpa were all recruited by a company that has a very aggressive recruiting champaine. They have to....look at the retention rates......people "get smart" once their in it...realize they won't get what has been promised.... and get out. |
