You do not want to come and work here. Trust me Go work in a bank with normal hours and go back to school to get your masters - or just go and apply for every city and state job out there. Believe Me and Trust Me

You are going to work 55 to 60 hour weeks. You will work 11 and half hour days and every other saturday. Forget flex time. Flex time is like maybe 3 hours early one day every 2 weeks and you have to fight it out with your manager. You will gain alot of weight because you will have no time to work out or do anything else. You will be to tired - you will have to get to the branch at 7 to 7:15 am and leave 6:15 to 6:30 everyday. You will be to tired for your family or anyone else. Saturdays you will work from 8:45 am to about 12:30 - 1 pm. This is not a good job. Also all the other jobs you will get after enterprise will only be sales jobs with low to no pay and all commision. Trust ME Stay away from enterprise. This job will make you very sad. Just look through this whole website and read.

if your willing to sacrifice 2-3 years of your life you can get a high paying pharm sales or medical sales job like i did. however if were to do it all over again i would have not worked here. it definitly hurts internally to work there. i make 52 base now and about 18 in comm per year plus company vehicle, paid cell, high speed internet, gas, 6% match on 401k and great health benefits. total compansation is around 85k to 90k.... well deserved after the shit i put up with at erac. i am 28 and could not be more happy that i left.

i had the skills before i worked at erac. Erac gave me a playing field to showcase my skills and resume exp. I know what you are saying but if i tooka different path i would have rathered that. Erac is not the only job that can get you into the pharma field. be as it may it sure it helped a great deal. However erac sucks no matter what way you look at it. you spend 4 years in college and then waste 3 years of your life after it. not worth it.

The point im trying to make is to determine what these "other" jobs are. Of course it would be better to start someplace nice that pays great and has great benefits but not everyone can get these jobs. A college degree isnt as worthy as it once was especially if your major isnt specialized. Most of the criticism on this site isnt constructive. GET A BETTER JOB...easier said than done ... WORK AT MCDONALDS .... funny but not very practical. Or, FUCK THIS COMPANY... they must be doing something right if they still make money and an still afford to open stores. Something to think about when making claims about how bad life is.

DUDE!!!!!!! You hit it on the nail! Had I found this site a year ago I would have been much happier in my life by going a different route. Lately I've been going to work everyday cussing out everyone under my breath and feeling depressed because my money's been a lil funny yet I've lost motivation to move forward with the things my superior's promised me when I first came here (ex. fast promotion and promise of big pay and easier workload the further up you go etc). Maybe its my time to go as well. Yesterday (Saturday) was the last straw. I keep telling myself things will get better and perform too (I've been consistant top ten in my region) but lately I've had more days that remind me of why I hate working for ERAC than doing the opposite. My advice for a new person thinking about coming over here is take your time to review what everyone's saying on this site and "research" the co and the opportunity by volunteering to go to a few branches in the area while interviewing and asking the Mts that work there what a typical day in the life of an Enterprise employee. Then ask what the benefits/pitfalls of the job are etc. and go from there..... Good luck and Godspeed |

The only thing I regret is NOT finding out about this site Before working for the Green Giant. This site would have made me think twice about even going to the interview. i used to work for the company and this site is the most TRUTHFUL site out there!!!!!!!!!!! I can vouch for everything said. And for that that don't believe this site and for those ass kissers at ECRAP...all these people across the WORLD can't be wrong. If you read what is wrong in every group IN the US and then read what is wrong OUTSIDE the US...its all the same. Enterprise should be an internship company and that's it. Or 1 yr outta college. AFter that...be Gone or look stupid
