yeah I agree sometimes washing a car can be quite relaxing when you want to get away from the phones and angry customers for a while ...

yes I love to wash a vauxhall vectra for a bit of light relief during the day I prefer a SRI model in silver that I can get really clean then take great pleasure in giving it away to a customer as a free upgrade in front of all my trainees who have been screaming at me for big cars all day when i have been driving around lookin at chicks in the city listenin to some tunes. Yeah great way to waste half an hour of your day anyway must go now the golf course beckons...

I doubt you even have time to wipe your ass after you talk let alone go golfing.ERAC is a joke.You my friend are part of that joke!

I have also worked in the UK and I for one say this guy is lying. Perhaps he is lying to himself more than to us in order to try and make his life seem bearable. I don't blame him but the longer he keeps this going the harder it will become to admit the truth.

People are rewarded for hard work. That's not always the case. I have seen great people in this company get passed up for promotions in this company.

The grass is not always greener they say. How much is more time with your friends and family worth? I think thats priceless. Most people leave ERAC for more money minus the headaches and never look back. Not one person I have met that has left has ever regretted it. Its your life. The longer you stay, the more you become brainwashed.

I think everyone knows that until you make ARM that the pay sucks. If your looking for a new driver to improve your game. I suggest you buy a Callaway driver since ERAC's holding company owns Callaway, maybe you can get a discount too. Better yet, maybe they can automatically deduct the cost of the driver from your paycheck. Are your feet still wet from washing all those cars?
