Or maybe a BM that has his thumb up his arse. I wouldnt tell your bosses you work 45 hours a week as a BM. You could lose your job for that in this company. As far as golf goes, ERAC does not pay you enough to join a private golf course so I take it your not playing as much golf as you like.
People are rewarded for hard work. That's not always the case. I have seen great people in this company get passed up for promotions in this company.
The grass is not always greener they say. How much is more time with your friends and family worth? I think thats priceless. Most people leave ERAC for more money minus the headaches and never look back. Not one person I have met that has left has ever regretted it. Its your life. The longer you stay, the more you become brainwashed.
I think everyone knows that until you make ARM that the pay sucks. If your looking for a new driver to improve your game. I suggest you buy a Callaway driver since ERAC's holding company owns Callaway, maybe you can get a discount too. Better yet, maybe they can automatically deduct the cost of the driver from your paycheck. Are your feet still wet from washing all those cars?

"All those ERAC people in top management know its all over when Jack goes to see St. Peter" (You can quote me on that)
