I know that my previous managers salary was 31,000 and my area managers is roughly 50,000 or there abouts....I know because they both told me and I had seen their pay checks lying around the office...

Eraci Insugent. You are absolutley right to a point. Some drugged up idiots do golf during the day and steal from the kitty to support their gambling habit. However, having worked there for years, these guys get sniffed out like a skunk with an oder problem (sometimes it does take a while). I remember one branch in California geting polygraphed, yes id did happen, over embezzlement. That poor old sucker got fired and he golfed and went to movies and told his AM to cover him so that poor sap could get promoed, lol.

Alright, guys, I was hoping to get good info on a career decision. I'm gunning my industrial engineering skills, getting promoted once every 1.2 years, and only making $57k US. That's good for the company I work for in the low cost Southeast US, but I want more.

Can Enterprise pump the dough to my wallet, or not? I've read some really shitty numbers, and a couple of good ones. What's the deal?
