***pay***....what Does Your W2 Say

OK...I have heard so much about pay....lets put it on the line here...I have my 2004 W2....I generally worked longer hours than almost anyone in my group... I had no manager or area manager for 4-5 months (they both quit) so I was stuck running the branch at mt level.

My W2 says....(drumroll please).......

wages 22,361 (twenty two thousand,three hundred and sixty one dollars)

That about 11,000 pounds in the UK....Oh my god thats embaressing!

I paid 11 percent tax roughly

this is honestly what my paycheck says...if you have any doubts about this lets see what other erac salaries were...

I know that my previous managers salary was 31,000 and my area managers is roughly 50,000 or there abouts....I know because they both told me and I had seen their pay checks lying around the office...

dont buy the e crap...the salary lies are the worst...you dont make good money for 10 years at least!

2004 W2 showed wages in the total amount of about $27,500. This is less than last year, which showed $28,450.

In US dollars (i love the exchange rate at the moment) my BM salary in the UK was $74600 yeah ERAC is ok feet on the desk collecting ARs bit of marketing my dealers few donut drops spank one out over my fit trainee... yeah life is good bring on the US tourists in the summer...........

THAT means that you only earnt 35,000 pounds this year in the UK...Thats fucking awful...sorry but a managment position should pay much more...and as you are waiting for yankee tourists that mean you must be around a major city like Lodon...

Just in case no body has been to England...

35,000 pounds salary in the UK means this man rents his apartment or lives with friends in a shared "university" style house! I wouldnt be proud of that salary young man...my friends who lifegaurd at a local pool earn nearly that much and work 45 hours a week!

Ironically, my last BM W2 was $63,000 and my last ARM W2 was $101,000 (US $) and I still left for another job that paid 15% more and working 15 less hours per week. Oh, and I still have a free car and better benefits. Proof that there is life after ERAC. Leave Enterprise, "it'll pick you up!"

Try this for size dude !! 8am start my AM opens the branch quick meeting to focus the guys set some goals for the day etc etc Then out for 1 hour lunch maybe go to the driving range and spank some balls then leave at 5pm home by 530pm yeah 45 hours is about right some weeks less. I have a great team who all strive to do their best and they are rewarded. Also I dont work saturdays I have worked far too many in my career and my golf game is far too important to be washing cars on a saturday. You seem very agitated about this maybe you have jumped ship and realised that the grass is not always greener..........ANYWAY I NEED TO FIND A NEW PUTTER ON THE NET MUST DASH
