Methods for advancing quickly

What is the best way for me to advance quickly if I choose to take the MT position? Is it kissing ass? Or selling the most damage insurance everyday? I am a white male, so don't talk about any minority setbacks. Gimmie some legitimate advice.

I don't work there and never have but I would venture to guess that it helps to suck a mean dick.

Land a dealership or a lucrative corporate deal.

Sell your soul to the devil (i.e. your city manager)

Put up a moderate OP, a moderate ESQi, moderate retention, moderate fleet growth, and stay white. Do all these things and you will go far young man. Oh yeah, sucking a mean Johnson never hurt your career opportunities.

Sell CDW at 150 points. They will advance you but you won't last. Just because you sell DUB doesn't mean you can manage.
