They'll run a criminal history check and your driving record. But they don't do pee tests until you make management, and some states (CT for example) don't even allow that.

If you decide to go on the second interview, I suggest going with your eyes wide open. Things aren't always what they seem. Before taking the position, weigh all your options and seek other employment opportunities.

Yeah this dude is right. If you really want the job. Tell them your here because you want a "career" not a job. Tell them your interested in team work, and having fun! Be extatic and excited, it doesnt fail. But seriously, make sure you know what your pay is going to be and you get all your info on benefits. It can be quite decieving, if you can handle what they offer, go for it!

The questionaire that you filled out online will be what they ask you about. They are trying to get a feel of how you juggle your personal life with your responsibilities. The third interview for me consisted of a BM and AM asking me questions from a sheet. They asked me questions like, "how can you convince a customer to take our coverage if they refuse?"

Show up at the interview with a tall clear glass of green kool aid, and slam it in front of the putz that interviews you. That will be your indoctrination to the cult. If you don't think that's enough, and you still want the job (why??) bring some kneepads and have them clearly visible.
