This reply is typical of someone who is totally ingrained into erac culture. they are so pro-erac that they are blinded to the obvious facts and also to what is morally and ethically right or wrong. only when they leave this "cult" will they realise that what they are saying is is so wrong. it is my opinion that its only when people get older, say mid to late twenties that they realise how bad a company erac is and how it corrupts the minds of young impressionable graduates.
