That is what you can expect to make over a year.... do not fall into the trap of thinking this will be like $30k/12 months = $2500/mo. More like $2000/mo to start and you might be making $2800/month towards the end of the year. The $30k they project for you will be total earnings over the case of a year with ERAC. |

Thank you. Like I said, I assumed as much but didn't know how different pay was because of cost of living. It looks like it is about 5,000 in difference between "rural" and metro. Of course some people will always vary due to their promotions and bonuses. __________________ Hey, hows about a little somethin', ya know, for the effort. |

| When I was an MT in 2000 in Group 32, I made $30,000 my 1st year. The pay is a little bit better in SoCal than the rest of the country, but the hours are the same regardless. Actually Group 32 went through a cheap stage, so the happy hours were few and far between. They usually only have 1 a month and mostly a regional dinner is the only time you are required to be there. |

| You are all forgeting that she will be pursued heavily by all the horny ERAC guys until one day after spending all that close time with her counterparts, she bangs that guy who gets her heart on the counter and tells her boyfriend to piss off cause this guy can bang harder, faster, and stronger for he is the mighty ERAC MAN. |

| New MTs in our group get 9.44 an hour. According to ERAC its a salary. Maybe it is a salary----an hourly salary. Kinda misleading huh. Anyhow, who came up with the 9.44 an hour anyway? I wonder if that guy in accounting with that saved ERAC 6 cents an hour per employee is feeling real good about himself. I just tell our new MTs if they want a quick raise to keep all the coins in the car(s) they wash. Surely you find a quarter here and there. Keep up the good work. thegreenlantern "All those ERAC people in top management know its all over when Jack goes to see St. Peter" (You can quote me on that) |
