they can't make much more then 36k to start and thier promotions within loss control may give them a bump to eventually get to 45k. who cares that job sucks anyway. the only real jobs there are recruiter, lcam and trainer. all of the other jobs there are not real. i mean not real compared to your education, job and pay. the rvp's and gm's are 1 in a million and are not worth that money. they were chosen ones and rewarded for working in that hellhole for so long. the other 3 jobs are actually real professional jobs and are respected by real companies. i mean the vehicle repair manager makes 100k for being in charge of drp's and lofr shops. come on... they can't even pay managers doing the bulk of the work in the center where all of the revenue is generated.
