I believe that ours went $500 at 90 days and then $500 more if they made it 6mo (or 1yr, don't remember). Every year there was a contest to go to a beach somewhere if you got someone hired. Funny thing was that there were always more admin employees that ran the contest than actual winners.

Ah...the good old days!!!! I worked for ERAC for almost 5 years, and I was able to get promoted every six months during the time I was there. I left ERAC and EASILY earned a job that pays DOUBLE and I only work 8 to 5!!!!

SO in 5 years you got promoted like at least 9 times..mt,ma,am,mg,area m,group rental/city manager,vice president....shit you must be andy taylor....how are you andy....or is it just bullshit about you being promoted so fast...the highest you would reach in 5 years is area manager...and that is flying....1 in a 1000!

Also as you were at least a vice president your current paycheck must be in the 2 million region....wow...really good for an 8 till 5 wouldnt you say?

If you remember correctly, there are three levels of MT pay, and promotions also can consist of moves to larger offices. It looks like you are just really bitter you couldn't get promoted at ERAC. LET IT GO. WHO CARES?

Maybe you should calm down.Just to put you at ease though I would like to assure you that my life is ticking along just fine.Actually having a great day! Heading to Europe next week and feeling rather happy about leaving E CRAP behind.Best thing I ever did...Job was a joke!

I would just like to say that I am not attackign people.Last time I looked this was a discussion board...NO? Then if you post that you got promoted 9 times in under 5 years maybe that sounds like crap and I can say something about it.If you cant defend you position then go away...Yoou can so stick around and have a laugh.This board is the funniest thing I have ever seen on the internet.Come on buddy...you lighten up!

Most importantly though...you gave people reading this board for the first time who know nothing about the company the idea that its possible to be promoted every six months.Thats just not true.In fact anyone who makes it to manager in a year is doing exceptional...and area manger within 3 to 4 is awesome.just think about it!

Duh.........1) Your friend will get the bonus $$$, but you get a job $$$!!! The real question is how is your friend perceived in the company? This can be either a great help in gettig your career off the ground or something that you can still
overcome if he is not highly thought of!

When I worked for Enterprise, at least for the first year, I used to try and pretend to people that my job was good. Who wants to admit they fucked up and is in a job with 0 respect. I used to tell people the job was good, but then I stopped lying to myself and allowed myself to move forward. Perhaps you friend is still under the spell but don't worry, 80% recover in under two years!

Dont Do It...the Company Is Bad!

My sister was just hired into Enterprise 1 week ago. I interviewed today and am curious as to whether she will receive a bonus if I am hired. I am fairly sure that she is not aware of the bonus program for employee referrals. Does anyone know whether or not she will receive the bonus if she has not even been with the company for 2 weeks?
