Dictate your life based on the opinions of some disgruntled employees who couldnt hack it?

You are right...you don't belong at enterprise.

LOL?

Someone who thinks for themselves and looks at all the evidence and comes to the obvious conclusion that this job is a joke!

Your right you dont belong at enterprise...we want a retard who does what we say! Not someone with an IQ over 100!

cause you can't always believe the hype. This is a small sampling of about 1500 ex employees, out of over 50,000 I mean I am sure some of the stuff sucks but I think some people are just more bitter about stuff than others or they just didnt want to do the type fo work they signed up for.

Ok, fair enough. Well, when in doubt, you could just sit in the lobby of a larger branch on a Monday morning, and see for yourself.... Try Monday am (are they organized? How do you feel about the pace?, etc. ) Wednesday around noon (do they have cars? Are customers happy? Do the employees get lunch? ) and friday afternoon for a good sampling.

This website is funny, I am half way through the interview process and was about to run and never look back at erac; but then i thought hey how many post could be here? erac has what like almost 60,000 employees? no company is perfect, you all bitch about how erac trys to "push" insurance on people when they dont "need" it but wtf i mean they are a company right? they do need to make money right? do you bitch about the deli for selling you cigerets that are killing you? i dunno i cant honestly say anything about the job one way or the other ( i dont work there) but i got a decent vibe from the place i interviewed at, and i know through friends two people who have worked with erac for a couple years now (and they are happy) ( and no they didnt refer me) but honestly i need money and if they offer me a job i think it is worth a shot at least this site has oppened my eyes to the fact that erac could suck and i better get ready to run if need be.

1,500 is a "small sampling"? Since when?

someone should take a realistic sampling of all the employees to find out just how satisfied they are for working there! and do it on a polling basis, via email and anonymously. then see how many people are REALLY HAPPILY employed there. i dare anyone who has the guts to do this, WELL ADMIN????? ARE YOU UP TO THE TASK!!!!????

Hello, I noticed you have experience working with ERAC and I would like to ask how much does a manager trainee make and what hours do they usually work?
