| I received a call from a recruiter from enterprise about this position. Does anyone know what the base pay range would be for this position? I have 5 yrs B2B outside sales and an MBA What is the training like? I have researched for some information on this division but I have not had much luck regarding the details. Thank you |

In my old group, starting pay was $35K plus car (cost $200/month) plus commission. As you get on your feet the base decreases and your commission should increase. It's incredibly high stress work, very fast paced and people who don't produce immediately are washed out very quickly- within 6 months. Your MBA will go to waste. Go someplace where you're appreciated and can make serious money. |

| I was surprised when I got a call because I did not apply or ever show any interest in this type of work. I just posted my resume on monster and they called. Thank you for your response and I appreciate the advice. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- To the poster "Why are you trying for a job here...its for college kids you idiot.Go and get a real job...the pays crap anyway!" I did not try to get a job with your company, your company pursued me. Get some experience and one day you may know how it feels to be pursued. For now don't you worry about a job you could not even qualify for. but in the meantime you just keep those cars nice and clean (wax on - wax off) |

| No problem. The reason your MBA would go to waste is that they are not into innovation at all. E is a very static company and they are more looking for people who will conform to their mindset rather than work smarter and achieve better results through innovation. I'm a firm believer that a little revolution now and again is a necessary thing- and perhaps when E decides to change their corporate culture to allow their employees family lives and outside interests, they will have better retention and fewer problems. |
