Why do people who left Enterprise spend so much time on this smear site writing about how bad their experience was? Do you have anything better to do?

when you work at BK and taco bell you have lots of time to remember how much money you could have made. They come here to be with the other losers who couldn't handle renting cars. It's really tough.

and that's why a lot of people post here.
they quite ERAC, got a better job, and they come here to post about it.
their posting here is a way to show peeps that they are much more lucrative and respectable jobs out there than renting cars.
an incentive i have to posting here is lol'ing at ERAC employees who insist on posting here, trying to convince themselves renting cars is a awesome career.
now if i were you, i wouldn't waste a beatiful sunday online...monday reservations are just hours away.

but nobody does that. everyone who quits erac stays quit, because it's such a shit company to work for!

the reason that people post on here is because, i would imagine, they enjoy a good old laugh at those people slaving for 60 hours a week renting cars for a living and trying really, REALLY hard to convince their friends, family, and indeed themselves, that it's a great job, in the face of what would appear to be mass criticism and shocking retention figures. and the reason for why those figures are so bad is not because those people couldn't hack erac, it's because erac is a totally shit job.

and as an aside, they have a lot more time to post on here. i find the people who work at erac the funniest. 12 hours of selling dub, taxi driving and washing cars in a white shirt, you get home and log on to failingenterprise!

I completely agree. I am an ex-ERACer who comes back to tell people what a horrible experience working at ERAC truly is. When being recruited out of college, it sounded like such an amazing job...

"man, you start at the bottom and LEARN the business early and move up and run your OWN business! What a perfect way to start a career!"

In theory its all perfect...but what they dont tell you is that you are a glorified car prep and retail monkey for 50+ hrs a week for $10/hr. It is simply awful.

I get a complete kick out of current ERACers trying to justify to everyone (and themselves) that they arent wasting their college degree by working in a retail business that anyone with a GED could accomplish.

I like to spread the word that ERAC preys on young, cheap labor and that for those who are coming to the realization of what the Green truly is, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I work to live, not live to work...

VERY WELL SAID! TO ADD TO YOUR POST I TOO WAS SUCKERED IN WITH THE DREAM. I ACTUALLY WENT ON TO BE A MANAGER IN 1YEAR AND 3 MOS. STAYED A MANAGER AND FOR 2 YEARS AND REALIZED TOWARDS THE END THE LONGER YOU STAY AND MOVE UP YOU BECOME MORE OF BITCH INTERNALLY TO MANAGEMENT AND YOU REALLY HAVE NO SAY. THE ONLY GOOD THAT CAN COME OUT OF IT IS YOU APPRECIATE MORE AND TRULY VALUE THE THINGS YOU USED TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT YOU TOOK FOR GRANTED. AS SIMPLE AS HITTING A HAPPY HOUR AT 4PM ON A FRIDAY WITH PEOPLE YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO SEE NOT CO WORKERS AT ERAC, NOT WORRYING IF SOME FUCKHEAD IS STRANDED ON THE INTERSTATE AND NEEDS A PICKUP AND A CAR AT 545 ON A FRIDAY AND DEMANDS A DELIVERY! DO NOT MISS AT ALL! IT IS ALMOST LIKE GOING TO PRISON AND GETTING RELEASED OR THE ARMY AFTER 4 YEARS. FREEDOM! I MAKE 80K A YEAR AND HAVE MANY PERKS AND MOST OF ALL THE TIME TO ENJOY MY LIFE! 6 FIGURES IN 6 YEARS! ANYTHING THAT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE PROBABLY IS.

I would have to agree, I come hear simply because I used to one of the erac drones and used to say how great it was. I realized after they took away all the fun things they used to do for their employees it was no different than working any other shitty retail job. Sell DUB, sell PAI, Sell a car, sell your soul.
