| Thought about ERAC -- went to 2 interviews - realized the place sucks -- cancelled 3rd interview. Why does it suck?: Salary breaks down to about 9.25/hr -- even though they say its 27K-31K per year Work week is 7AM - 6PM M-F Sat 8:30AM - 2:30PM (that doesn't count the times someone calls at 5:59 and needs to be picked up at their house 45 minutes away) Move you to multiple locations frequently -- one guy had been in 6 locations in 8 months! Their idea of "team player" = always going out and getting drunk at happy hour on a Tuesday night with all the other single 25 year olds. Promotions are based only on how well you sell their scam rental insurance -- which people are too smart to buy now. Their projected new hires is 7000 - can someone say high turnover rate http://www.collegegrad.com/topemployers/ YOUR RENTING CARS FOR A LIVING! ***If you're a 23yr old guy who is ok with working long hours and Saturdays for some extra beer money, and you really want some friends to go to happy hour with, all the while not gaining any respectable work skills, then ERAC is for you. All others, beware**** |
