let me say this again...i made more than my ex BM did right away at my new job...how does that reflect on ERAC? that a midlevel management position pays less than a entry level job?
don't see how you can keep good employees around

I would agree. You are in denial regarding the great opportunity that ERAC offers. Perhaps you should really think about it and try again...
