Default TOLD THE INTERVIEWER TO SHOVE IT AND LEFT

Was promising me all this shit.... time off, bonuses, car plan, etc.

Would not tell me how much it paid.

Told me how "Exclusive" I was to have the interview, and that would be discussed... not everyone is "meant for this success," and how in a couple years, I will be "driving a Caddy," "spending most of my time on the golf course," and "living the dream."

I laughed in his face.

He then proceeded to show me a "bonus check" from a "branch manager."

It was for $450.

Then he got all smiley, and explained how there is a new hire training seminar in two weeks, and got on the phone, fuckin... BOOKING ME A HOTEL ROOM, at a fleabag Super 8.

I just got my stuff, told him to shove it, and walked out.

It felt GREAT!

Don't be a fool for this shit job. Your life is better than renting cars to losers who can't drive.

Wow. How many posts did you have to read to make up that fantastic story? Little lesson for you and all the ERAC wannabes... its easy to tell when a story is bullshit.

That's exactly what I was told too. Only unfortunately, I joined the company. There's no lies there. Truth hurts.

It's all lies. This job is the best job. 7years in and I make nearly $200K a year. The first few years were tough but well worth it. In the interview they do tell you what you make and would never show you a bonus check from another employee. All those that fail at this job are brain dead losers who will fail everywhere they go. If you have a heart and can sacrifice a few years to build your career then this is the #1 career in the world.
Best of luck to all of you!

It is the broad, meritless generalizations like this quote that make for a perfect example as to why you made a great choice not to work for this company. I worked there for about a year. It is a cult. I worked 11 hours days and got a lunch break about 3 times a month. After leaving, I landed a great job with a company in New York. 6 years in and I am making 6 figures. I work regular business hours, get breaks, and didn't have to "sacrifice" time with my family to achieve my success. You'll find something better!

is that why there isn't one MBA working for ERAC? Is that why there is poor retention throughout the company? and people get promoted not on their skill level but how much they can suck up to the area manager? Is that why the worst of the worst educational creditentials get you the job?

at my branch, i was the most educated fuck and that disgusted me..obviously if they were not able to pursue higher education, do you really think that they are above average in their 'business management skills' or they have above avg smarts?
