Their driving policy is pretty strict. I would suggest trying to get a lawyer to get the ticket taken care of if that is an option.

Better yet, find out if anyone in the company has had in their past or recently a DUI and threaten to go to the papers with the information. ERAC will either forget everything or not hire you. You then can sue ERAC and they will settle out of court with you. That's all they do, settle out of court. Check out the Delany case if you don't believe me.

Default reply to you sir!

"Gee thanks where are you working now if your new job is so lucrative that u left erac?"......

Even if I was working at Burger king on the fryer I it would be more lucrative...

I wasnt having a go at you.I really feel sorry for you that you took the job.Your most likely a really nice guy with a great attitude and it pisses me off that this company takes advantage of people like yourself.Do yourself a favour and dont work there.Keep looking! Something good will turn up.Good luck!

Default Driving Record

Good decision on accepting the position w/ ERAC. It truly is a good company. There are just some people that can make it suck. Do not let anyone else's opinion make you have second thoughts. Form your own opinion of ERAC based on your own experience. By the way, I no longer work for ERAC but I have nothing bad to say about the company itself.

you have to be insane to work for ERAC. They will chew you up and spit you out. They don't care about you or your personal life. Best of luck with whatever decision you make. But to make a point, ERAC sucks...period.

Depends on the prior offenses, what state you're working in, what group you're working in, and how long ago the old points are from.

I would definitely go to court and get it reduced or thrown out- our old group did "three strikes in three years" and you're out. We did fire people for driving records...and then there were people who never got fired no matter what they did.
