i think the poster made a valid point. in erac's case this will not happen overnight because it is private and Andy Taylor will not let that happen before he sells and ERAC goes public. at that point it could go down the tubes quick or they can make changes that will benefit employees and quality of work life. if it goes public the promotion from within may stop and the pyramid scheme. because now there is imbreeding going on and the place will never change with imbreeding the same regurgitate sales tactics. if you have a kennel of dogs and they start imbreeding then sooner or later you have some pretty f uped dogs and that is what happenned to erac over the years.

Your just not capable of renting cars. As far as other companies, I work for one of the larger Drug companies, that is also family owned. We love ex-enterprise employees. In fact, we prefer that our sales people have at least 1-2years of Enterprise experience. I worked for Enterprise about 10 years ago. My sister works there now as a City Manager. She lives in a bigger house than me and drives a Porshe on the weekends. I come to this site to see what poor employees are talking about so when I interview them I know which ones will fail at my company and I know not to hire them either.
they don't huh?
enron did
and when your company's head position is based on nepotism what happens when he dies? erac is closer to implosion than most think...and by implosion i mean going public and making their numbers public, talk about possible scandal

Accidents will never stop, so they have nothing to worry about. Hertz, their biggest threat is run by people who have no idea what they are doing. Avis has not desire to get involved in replacement on a serious level. Yeah, ERAC will be around for quite some time, I would guess forever. 20 Billion in the next 10 years. That is 100% growth from where they stand today. Have fun trying to fight a battle you will never win. Why do you care anyway? Go find success and stop hating. You sound like a little baby. Waa Waa
Hey toast boy, there is no hate. Nothing speaks like cold hard facts.

You are correct. $10Billion is a great company that is privately held. Where do you work?

Actually, many recruiters (atleast in Canada) have adviced over and over again to take ERAC off the resume as they know that ERAC is desperate and with poor retention rate, it does not show great performance either.

I know I ended up in a good position by taking ERAC off!

Valero Energy. One of the ten best companies to work for in the country. I work a split week four tens and have ALL holidays off. I have maxed out my employee stock purchase plan in the 7 years I have been with them. See Valero stock (VLO) I started buying 6 years ago after 1 yr of employment at 8.64 a/shr as of close yesterday stock is sitting at $64.60 p/shr. You do the math punk. I have my six figures right here buddy-its real not some company propaganda that the clones keep spewing. I also get a company match on profits. I would send you financials and spread sheet data but you wouldn't understand it. Look at CNBC.com and put VLO in the stock tab and you can find its current value, market cap, earings p/shr ect. Does ERAC make you privey to their financials. I didn't think so.

I worked for ERAC for 1.5 yrs out of college and it doesn't come close. The pathetic pay and the oh so weak benefits told me after I received my first paycheck that I wanted to find a job worthy of My Time. I see ERAC was not even listed as a Best Place to work in MO. (I wonder why that is?) See proof at top 100 employers in CNN money. So keep chasing that dream and you may some day be lucky and get that 6 figures or you may just get canned or the dream just might tire you out chasing it. Your Just like Coronado finding the fabled seven cities of gold in the 1500's, He was told again and again that the city of gold was just over the horizon-kinda like ERAC stringing you along. Think about it. I thought so. Next.

And several million people lost more money than Enterprise is worth many times over.
You said that "10 Billion dollar companies just don't go out of business" I called you out and named several large companies that bit the dust, and you just call names. Typical clone response-Next.
