1) Update your resume 2) Look for other jobs 3) Apply for jobs You might not find another job in the first week, but eventually you WILL find something. Contrary to what they would have you believe, there are other employers out there besides Enterprise! If you don't have the money saved to support yourself while looking for a better job, just take a little part time side job (waiter, book store, etc). This way you can have a little money coming in and also actually have time to look for a better job. That is what I did. I've been happy ever since! Good luck to you:)

I just don't get it. How do we get brainwashed into thinking E is the best/only place to work. I have to admit that I wondered how in the hell people could actually leave when I was first working at the place. Have they figured out mind control. I still don't really have much against E. However, most of the stuff here is true. Most of you... get in and get out if you really need a job. For the vast minority... you will know if you are destined for upper management fairly early on. If so... enjoy, if not... leave quickly.

nobody wants that job (area mgr) anymore. does not pay near what it used to and carries more of a work load then before. more work, less pay, more responsibilty, less control. not a good job anymore.....
