I’ve known friends who were recruited to those pyramid scheme companies, only to decline after doing some basic research on the internet. Hopefully, we can share enough experiences to educate potential recruits about the business practices of this company.

I’ve known friends who were recruited to those pyramid scheme companies, only to decline after doing some basic research on the internet. Hopefully, we can share enough experiences to educate potential recruits about the business practices of this company.

I would say about 50% of the stories on this board actually happen while the other 50% are bullshit. And while half these stories may actually happen, it doesn't dictate what will or won't happen in someone's group. Like all big businesses, you're going to have dickhead bosses and stellar bosses. Some groups are being run poorly. Others have solid, respectable people at the helm and take care of their employees.

But you know what? In the rental industry, Enterprise DOES treat their people the best. And if someone feels renting cars is beneath them, then don't rent cars. It's not an industry that is for everyone, or even for the majority.

Yes there are a few in my region. They have been stuck there for one reason or the other. either they are too afaird to really bitch to there ARM or Admin. Sadly they just keep taking the abuse becuase they have no idea what else to do with their life.the co alled college degree they earned is now useless, there is no way they can get a job using it because either technology, or their desire to go after a job in that field has changed.

ERAC is just depressing all the way around.
