Default Actual Retention Rates Of Mt's

This is posted in the section under employees that work for erac...These numbers show the turnover of employees for each manager and show the percentage of people who joined this year who have left...the jobs a joke people...dont take it!

It appears to be the retention rates of the city/area managers in the much maligned group C2. Typically these #s reflect (as I always understood) how many people in each area stay through a 12 month rolling period. If you have an average of 10 fulltime employees over a 12 mo period and 3 people quit your retention is 70%, an acceptable level to ERAC I believe. If you have say 6 leave, then that sucks! Each person that quits hits that # for 12 months.
One thing that I never agreed with was that all FT employees were included - car preps and drivers, not just rental and admin employees.
