You are a great man. Saving all these young people from the ravages of working for ERAC. You are right, the thing that will hurt ERAC the most is hurting their labor market. They are highly dependent on paying young kids slave wages to stay profitable. Stopping that practice would severely cripple this company. Maybe you can have two websites, one dedicated to the screwed-over consumers and another dedicated to the ERAC employees.

I was tricked into joining erac by a recruiter. After 2 days I was able to see that by working there I was wasting my talent and my education. I feel that I was lied to from day one. I had more sales and life experience then anyone at the branch and I was brand new. Its very interesting that everyone that you work with has only been with the company under three years. Thank you for helping me comfirm the suspicions that I had about erac.

i went for a 2nd intmerview after readinga few comments and here is what i discovered:

1. After being told MTs hardly ever wash cars, i drove up to see, !!!!!!, 2! people in suits washing cars

2. after being told the air conditioning in the branch had been broke for 4 days, ( and boy was it hot in there ) i went into the AM's office and his was working so good, we had to turn it off cause it was too cold

3. An MT i observed told me, MTs do every pickup ( and will wash so many cars your arms will hurt) what do the rest of these people do for 60 hours a week?

4. and the AM told me I could offer someone an upgrade for 20 bucks instead of 59 if i felt like it.... so who do they usually hook up? and who do they rip off?


I have never felt so dirty sitting in a place like that across from a man who makes 500, 000 a year and doesnt give a shit about his employees or customers

Needless to say after I emphasized my customer service orientation and not my sales driven money hungry side, I did not get a third interview
