You came out on your birthday? LOL thats hillarious. Yeah if you want to get promoted or even keep your job at ERAC, its not to safe to be gay or come out there. They dont take too kindly to that type. Or so was my experience. Plus if you are gay, then you got way to much fashion sense for that crappy dress code.. shit drove me nuts. You can only where white or blue so much.

I sure did get my ERAC MBA. My last day I went out and got some ice cream and went home to print out my ERAC MBA. Any former employee can go to any computer with a printer and print out their own ERAC MBA, it is just that easy, it is just that easy. Your welcome.

haha, the birthday card thing is funny, i didnt get one at all

but what i did get was three one year anniversary cards from our RVP....one was one month late, then the next two came about a month after that about two weeks apart....

like thanks for caring THAT much that you sent me three, none on time.....somebody should have told that idiot that he already sent me one too!!

If you have to print out your own ERAC MBA doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of getting it?

Here is a good one..I just recently left the company after three plus years ( I know..what took me so long?)...During the exit interview, they ask...How do you feel about ERAC's choice/vacation time system...I said 'It sucks'...She said "Wow..What do you mean?"

I then proceeded to tell her how my father just took a job with a new firm that is giving him 25 days off to START (not incl. paid holidays & sick time), I told HR how he works 42 hours a week (basically 830-5 with 1 hour lunch) and we work (as AM's and BM's) 53-60 hours a week and after two years we get 17 (I think) total and how this is just plain unacceptable and is one of the reasons I left...

Just my two cents...

It always made me mad that they gave gifts bought from other companies that they owned - like the retarded chocolate bars they gave with birthday cards. Complete crap
