My wife just reached her one year anniversary at her company.They gave her the day off with flowers,a card signed by everyone in the office and 100 dollars gift certificate to a shop she loves...

It reminded me of my birthday that I had after over a year with Enterprise..

As all of the staff leave so quickly no one knows each other very well!

My manager and area manager had just quit so my new manager comes in for our first meeting! I was running a branch as an MT because no one else would take a job at ERAC so it was all hands on deck.I was working in excess of 60 hours a week!

He handed me a card...It was a blank birthday card! The dickwad was supposed to sign it and get everyone in the branch to sign it aswell but because it was just me and two car preps he didnt bother...Thans for not giving a shit about your employees Enterprise...fucking idiots!

I remember when it was my birthday at enterprise. I recieved a card signed by, well I think it was the GRM and a few other unrecognisable signatures. It wouldn't have really mattered that the card was a month late, or that I couldn't really tell who it was from. The worst part was that it was addressed to the wrong name. I assume somewhere out there someone else got my card and I got his....It's nice to know I was so appreciated.

On one year anniversaries nothing was handed out, and virtually ignored. Unless you had a good manager that actually cared about thier employees enough to go to lunch. It's the two year anniversary that is the money anniversary!!! A plaque and an ashtray/candy holder. This definately put to shame all of the "bonuses" received at Christmas time!!!

I never got the GP 32 plaque for the 2 year anniversary. :(

I never received my 'virtual MBA' either, or anything for my one year anniversary

I came out of the closet on my Enterprise anniversary.
