st louis,

erac will provide with a good opportunity in the future i am just saying you don't need to go this route at this stage . find a recruiter and go from there. if erac is your last choice and you have nothing else then it is a good pick.

Because I'm making good money and enjoying my job, and have never been treated unfairly.

i can't even say it is 1,000. it maybe more. do you want pharma sales go to google and put in medical recruiters and you will have plenty of places to pick from. If you want general business then go to your local phonebook and look at recruitment agencies that specialize in college educated positions/professional careers, stay away from temp agencies. i mean there is manpower and so forth but look for one that specializes in professional type poistions. if your in st.louis metro area there has to be plenty. if you went to college call your career center and ask them for a referral in the area they should be able to lead you in the right direction there business is to place people in jobs so they have contacts everywhere. probe and do research for yourself. reach out to people at the bank if you;re a teller you see the checks ask for a business card from people. whatever you have to do open doors for yourself. go careerbuilder and apply online to positions . 9 times out 10 they are recruiters posting the jobs on there and you can network that way. i am in the philadelphia area so that is how it works here so i would imagine st.louis is similar. beings that is a pretty big metro area. good luck. oh ya but the way st. louis is the headquarters for erac and it is not even one of the top employers in the state. that right there is clarification enough.

if you want an analogy to sum up enterprise here it is. it is a little immature but it applies. "working at erac is like banging a chick for an extended period of time without a rubber and you do this knowing she is dirty". no need to say more or defend my stance. case closed.

thanks afro!

i was tired of arguing with this branch mgr chick who thinks she just landed a job in a fortune 500 company and is on her way to being ceo. no one and i repeat no one SELLS THE DREAM HARDER THEN ERAC AND YOU HAVE NEVER STOPPED TO QUESTION WHY THEY DO THIS? there is a clear cut reason and it does not surface until you take the blinders off and wake up one day. there would be no reason to see the dream especially one that does not exist like it used to. the area mgr used to pull in 150 plus. your lucky to see 85k now and that is just not enough for that job. that my friend is not a dream job 85k. there are plenty of jobs you can attain that now in 2007! my former boss made 225k so yes the dream existed for him. no they cut him split his area and now pay 2 people them 75k each. erac looks great 2 area spots,2 promotions but it is all smoke and mirrors to the young naive troopers below because they don't know that. if the job was good then they would not have a network of imbred people regurgitating and white lining people to shoot for the moon when the job should sell itself. a used car salesman is the best but dirtiest salesman because they know they are selling their customers most likely junk or a big risk with little return so they sell the shit out of it and sell it well or else it would not sell at all. THIS IS WHAT ERAC DOES! TAKE THE BLINDERS OFF AND THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX AS ERAC WOULD SAY! THIS IS ALL THE STUFF I USED TO SAY TO MY BOSS AND THEY NEVER HAD A RESPONSE OTHER THEN IT WILL ALL PAY OFF IN THE END. YA I GOT A 85 K A YEAR JOB JUST NOT ERAC SO I GUESS HE WAS RIGHT BUT SWEATING BLOOD AND TEARS FOR THAT PLACE MADE ME FEEL DIRTY. IT IS THE MOST CORRUPT LEGALIZED PYRAMID SCHEME IN CORPORATE AMERICA.
