Some much needed help

also to clarify 85k not being a dream job because that is where i am at. 85 k for the area mgr job is not a dream and you have to sacrifice and sell your soul to the devil more then once to attain that 85k at erac. not worth it. my company told me it costs them 250k per rep and i see 85k in my pocket. the rest is the car,laptop,cell,internet access, health benefits, training and 7% match on the 401k. that my friend is an investment on the company's part erac hopes to hell they can retain someone long enough and if 2 out of 100 make it then that is good and they start to give those 2 a taste of the pie when everyone else gets to smell the pie from far away but they had to make it but they can't eat it! what a joke.
