| had a few questions for anyone. You see I have applied and gone through the phone interview process with Enterprise, and going to do the second and third interview. but I really don't know anyone who has done it to tell me the good, the bad, and the ugly. Couple things that concern me. First, I am like 29, so I am sure there's gonna be way younger people working there, so I hope I'm not too old to start it up. Second, does it really suck that bad? I am not soooo sure what to think. I am use to working long hours and thought it would be good on the Resume other than being a freaking bank teller!!! I have two jobs now and only get one day off every two freaking weeks and this would still be better than what I am up to now. and this will pay more than those two jobs combined. Also, what are the new take home checks for an MA and MT? thanks and anyone that could help me would be awesome. |

| Honestly, your take home pay as an MT working around 55-60 hours a week will be around $800-900 every 2 weeks. It stinks. It also doesn't take into account that you will be yelled at by stupid customers, stupid managers, and more. They will try to sell you "the dream" of making 6 figures in 6 years. Ask them how many promotions to level 3 there have been per year in their group. In my old group, there was maybe 1 per year/year and a half. That is only ONE person getting promoted to a 6 figure job out of the hundreds/thousands of new recruits that year. The math doesn't add up. Also, ask him what retention is for the job, and watch them squirm. 50% of people quit the job, and let me tell you from experience, it is with good reason. Don't do it. |

| so doesn't anyone think that getting every other sat. off and sundays off is better than getting one day off every two freaking weeks....It can't be that bad. plus I am sure it looks a hell of a lot better on a resume than a freaking teller.....at least i'll have the ability to go somewhere, rather than sittin here handing money out to people and cashing checks. I already work my butt of with the whole two jobs, how can this be worse. retail is retail. |

close, but not quite...personally, having been a teller for about 4 yrs, i would keep the teller job and pursue greener pastures. but, if you absolutley hate your teller job, ERAC may offer some future for you. their is room to promote and make more money (via attrition) and they always need bodies so your are secure in having a job. but dealing with unruly customers and unreasonable managers will wear and age one fairly quick |
