Default When you make branch manager...

They will move you to your new branch, but will not tell you how much commission you will make until days or weeks after you arrive. How the fuck is a person suppossed to buy a house or rent an apartment if they don't know how much money they will be making?

This negotiating practice is unethical. Imagine that, ERAC doing things unethically...

That's fine, I have 40 other people who are just as unqualified as you and will take the job no questions asked. So, are you in, or is it...NEXT!
We'll pay you "just" enough so you don't quit, so you have no choice but to work even harder for "bonuses". Yipeee! (well, hopefully you won't quit, but if you do, oh well)

I agree, pretty slimy, but what did you expect from a company that fails to tell you exactly how you a supposed to make that $32k the first year.
