| Best company in the galaxy? Do they have a branch on Mars now? Except for that phrase the rest of your post was good. Just curious, how many other jobs have you had outside of "E" to be able to make such a blanket statement? Quite possibly if you had a vast knowlege of working conditions aside from erac you could be alittle more objective. Conversely, the people who post about erac are posting about their personal experiences. If a company really cared and the workers felt they could vent to "to the powers that be"....there would be no need for this site! People are not failures and self haters.....they feel foolish for not checking out other options out of school and buying into a falsehood....and they are tired and angry and MOST won't achieve what was promised inspite of how hard thay have worked. If you love it that's great! I respect your right to express your views....but respect the fact that not all are as happy as you....and that doesn't make us failures! |

Please take a moment to realize that you can't just make ridiculous blanket assumptions like this. It seems that the only way you jusify that people would want to leave Enterprise is because they could not succeed there. Incredible. Please open up your mind to the fact that some people just want to leave. It seems you lack a serious grasp of the reality of a major area of this business, turnover. There are many reasons people leave. How in the world can you justify that people that (worked/work) for ERAC and (did/do) not enjoy it hate themselves? Do you realize how stong of a statement that it? My friend left Enterprise 2 years ago as a branch manager and he was #1 on the matrix 3 out of his last 5 months there. He left because another company offered him a major pay increase and reduced hours. He hated ERAC, but liked himself enough to know that his disatisfaction with Enterprise meant it was time to search for a better opportunity. He was still a great leader and worked hard at ERAC. If people that have left Enterprise could not "succeed" why is it that so many times HR and area managers, etc. beg these people to stay? I guess saving poor retention rates is worth it to keep people "who hate themselves (and) can't succeed." Once again... It is great that there are people that like working for Enterprise. And sadly, maybe there are a few that hate themselves. But you can't just assume that everyone who has ill feelings towards this company hate themselves. Please learn to grasp that some people can leave. And can hate the company. And like themselves. And can leave after being successful leaders at erac. It is possible. It happens. |

| I am sorry, but no manager #1 on the Matrix leaves. They make great money and move forward in their career. If you are going to tell lies then make them more real. You failed and that is ok. Enterprise is great and you can admit you feel that way. Great company, Great people, Great opportunity. You know you love it. You failed once, why don't you re apply and try again. We are all about training and teaching excellence. We welcome you back. We are sorry we did not make it work the 1st time around. In case you forgot... www.enterprise.com/careers |

| And that is wonderful for you really. I'm never going to bash someone for being happy there....that is your right.....and everyone has the right to do what makes them happy. Ill never say you are a failure because you stay. However I really object when "pro erac" workers come on this site and say others are failures, "couldn't hack it" are losers and burn outs because it's not working for them! Its responses like those that give erac this reputation for being cult like....this is not an "us vs. them" situation.....live and let live.... |
| |||
| Wrong. I still work for ERAC, but this is wrong. In our group we have had 2 people leave in the past 18 months that were at the top. |

| The one thing you can't argue is that if you find success at ERAC, it pays very well. If you are running a branch and you have growth and OP then you are making $$. If your branch has no growth and no OP then of course you won't make any $$ and will want to quit. Next... |
