But that’s ok b/c I'm working for a company now who actually appreciates their employees and I don't have to work crazy hours; they have flex time. Keep your head up and believe me there are better jobs out there.

What company is that?

Wow....I beginning to believe that I will be receiving a rejection letter pretty soon. The same thing happened to me. I called my recruiter non-stop and when I finally reached her, she told me that the guy that made the hiring decision was gone on a week long cruise. I called the following week and now the recruiter and the hiring guy are both gone for a week. It will be a month tomorrow from my 2nd interview, and I haven't heard anything yet. Oh well, I believe I will be better off anyway.

ok....all of you that didn't get in consider yourselves lucky. this company sucks and unless you can cheat you're way through income statements and shady accounting, you might as well be dead meat. enterprise loves the employees who are cheaters and liars...and oh yeah, the chicks who can bang the boss too.....

I can say this because I am one but...anyone noticed that most ERAC employees are slender white males with close cropped hair?

FYI--Being greek in college helps. ERAC likes greek because they want someone who will do more than just show up to work. They want a sense of belonging, a sense of family. This is why they do thing like happy hours, picnics, balls, etc. They feel people who went greek in college have these traits.

ERAC employees, think about your co-workers. Am I right?

I like the way people who were rejected are giving advice on what it is like to work for ERAC. I wonder if their opinions are biased in any way?

And yes, most employees are young, good looking and in shape. I know most bleeding hearts will disagree, but they have the right to hire anybody they fricking want. They know what a shitty job it is for the first year and if they don't think you will put up with the endless crap from every direction they don't hire you.

Don't think this post is me defending what a crap job an MT has, but if any of you winers did get hired, you would be gone in six months anyway. If they want to hire nothing but 23 year old frat or sorority members with social skills, who is anyone else to question that?

When you start you own business and grow it to a massive profitable company, you have earned the right to staff your offices the way YOU want to, not the way the ACLU sees fit...

Hey brainiac. I think you mean the US Department of Labor. Not the non-govt ACLU.

No, I did mean the ACLU. One of their lawyers would be the one to sympathize with some dipshit and file a lawsuit when said idiot thinks he/she didn't get the job or get promoted because they are a minority/woman/senior citizen/social outcast/fat/ugly or any other reason.

If the company does not like you or do things the way you like just MOVE ON. Go work for someone else instead of trying to dictate how someone operates...

By the way, thanks for the complement, I thought I was the only one who recognized that I was a brainiac...
