Where did you work?

Yes, i am from England. I am still working for the company. Been there for eight months two long!!! |

Is ERC the reincarnation of the NSDP? They should run into the CEOs office and try to catch him painting a ceramic eagle gold. I could see that a company has the right to hire whomever they want to, but I have a problem when they don't make the same considerations upon their customers. I assure you that ERC would fall like a stone if that were the case. That fundamentally is wrong. I have a friend who works there, and I can see how the job is keeping him down, and he doesn't realize it. I looked into working there and was fortunate to find this site before I got to far into it.

I am from England and wasted two years of my life at ERAC. Thankfully I have left behind hoards of muppets still doing their 50+ hour weeks seduced by that corporate brainwashing. I was lucky enough to be recruited on the two interview basis and not the assesment centre style that they do now. Assesment centres are like cattle markets and reduce people to mere disposable commodities. Employers should find a more constructive way to recruit.

Obviously they do not value their employees if they do not even have the common courtesy to give anyone a call back after they take time to come in for THREE (3) interviews. Yes...I too am one of those people that went in for three interviews and I never even got so much as a call back to tell me that they didn't want me. Did I feel rejected??? Extremely...especially after a former employee told me what an awful place it is to work for...and I couldn't even get a job there...where else was I supposed to go then? But seriously for all of you that this has happened to...know that you are better than ERAC...very shortly after my rejection from them...I got 2 job offers...one that pays me over $50,000 to start. So never feel like you are not good enough...it just means that something better will come along. I am not upset at ERAC for not hiring me...I wasn't what they were looking for in an employee...but do not even try to tell me that they are too busy to give rejection call backs...one word that describes them...COWARDS!!!

Hmmmm...Enterprise Warrior are you ever stupid...no wonder ERAC hired you...hahaha...I said right in my statement that I was upset by the rejection, obviously thats why I am here so that I can warn others, but I'm not upset any more you LOSER!!! It wasn't the rejection that hurt me you half-wit...I've been turned down for jobs before...it was the hurt that they were too "busy" to even let me know that I didn't get the job after three(3) interviews. Wow that shows how much they value people in general...do you think that I would ever give them my business after that??? And can you explain to me why they have done this to not only me but to many others??? Obviously its an organizational problem and not just an area one. I am here now to show others my disrespect for the company and to let others know what kind of organization they are. Stay working at ERAC and see if you ever find the job satisfaction or pay that I am receiving now!!! By the way...did they hire you to monitor this website or do you just have no life???
