I was merely noting that if I was a recruiter I would be loath to hire someone who has a poor grasp of English.Sorry

How about "I now have real doubts about my abilities." Your sentences were not grammatically correct English. I sit next to the recruiting assistant for an Enterprise regional headquarters and she will not schedule interviews for people who cannot communicate effectively. If you speak with poor English grammar, you won't get an in-person interview. We have quite a few people whose first language is NOT English, but their English-speaking skills are excellent.

You may well be a good employee with a high quality work ethic and skills, but still not get an interview with Enterprise if your English-speaking skills are not up to their standards. Again, you shouldn't worry about your abilities. You wouldn't have received a phone interview if you didn't have the background they were seeking. Keep practicing English (or take some more classes) and don't be afraid to keep trying elsewhere. The right job will come in time.

"I sit next to the recruiting assistant for an Enterprise regional headquarters..." What's the word among the recruiting staff about FailingEnterprise? Are they aware it exists? Do they care? Is it making things harder for them?

the branch manager was totally brainwashed telling me how great erac was, how much he loves his job, how much he loves to spend time with his assistant and trainees even after work and how much erac is one big family.
i felt like i was pushed back to the 80ies by looking at the branchs computers.

I never ever wanna be part of erac. I love to work but I have a life, friends and family too and I dont wanna give that up for anything.
Wom thats verbatim for what I was told on my third interview.....

No they're finding out the hard way what makes things hard for them is how little they pay. THey prey on the proverbial starving college kid, who now has so much student loan and credit debt he can't see straight.

ERAC does a good job of getting to college students before they graduate. They are always going to careerfairs with their big green booths and they attract people into their company with promises of money that is not there. College students are usually being pushed by their parents to "get a job" so they take that one because at first it is appealing "run your own business, marketing, sales, customer service, 6 figures in 6 years".......its not a bad choice of a career if you got in early enough to be making the big money of a city manager or above....I left ERAC and my base is more that my ARM made last year....plus I get quarterly commissions uncapped and have enough time during the day to do this..........ERAC is not a bad start because it helps you appreciate everything else so much more when you leave!!

I speak another language, too! It is very special and has words and phrases like dub, full boat, ticket, flip, natres, callbacks, ralph, dress for success, etc. I am an ERAC automaton. Beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep.....
