TO LIKE HARD WORK:

I worked there and made alot of money and was a top performer. was manager in 1yr 2 months. manager for 2 years after that running the biggest branch in the group 225 cars. I was in the top 10. I WALKED. I don't care if you like hard work or not that job is crazy work. I walked for a 100k job doing something else. could not be happier i left that circus.... have fun cleaning cars and working 70 plus for less money then you could elsewhere. the problem with someone like you is you do not know what else is out there and how much easier it could be. call me when the kool aid wears off and do yourself a favor and just look at what else is out there you will be shocked!

I have been with ERAC for 15years. I made over $1million last year. $100K, that is pennies. If you would have kept working for ERAC you would be making much more. I have 3 kids and I go into an office twice a week. I can do my job from home, for the most part. You don't know what you missed. Have fun making your 100K and going to an office from 9-5.

For someone with such a meteoric rise to success, you sure have a poor grasp of statistics. If you are telling the truth, you hit the lottery of company growth. You cannot look a new recruit in the eye and honestly tell them they have the same opportunity. This is like telling someone who has created a simple search engine that they have the same opportunity for success now that there was 12 years ago.

TO THE OMAN:

First of all if you realy made 1million last year which i am sure that you did not because if you did you sure would not be on this site telling anyone about it. And if you really did do that please tell the audience here what group you work for and what is your title. then all of your slaves can come on here and ask you if this is possible for them and the answer is no. Also here is some stats for you. The median household income is 70k. I make 100k by myself and my wife is a nurse practicioner and clears 90k. So in todays standards our job's salaries equate to being in the top 10% of america's highest household income. And the best part is we can enjoy our money and enjoy our young children and each other. I am sure that you could not do that until recently and by now you probably have no hair, overweight and sold your soul to the devil to accomplish what you did which I think your bulshit but if your not i am sure your wife hated your job up until the big payday. Good luck recapturing all of those years you lost!

If someone is in desperate need for money...working at Enterprise for 1 year would be GREAT...for your RESUME.

It is worth it to swallow the pill for a while...I learned a lot...when I say buh-bye to Enterprise in 3 weeks, I will use that experience at my new job...where I will have full benefits paid for...co pays and deductibles payed out by my employer...a car with company credit card...and a generous commission structure with a base salary right around what I made at Enterprise.

Don't be fooled...BRM's generally don't make much money. I'm betting $40K is the median...I was an ABRM in a group for over a year...last year, I worked in two of the most profitable branches in my group...yeah, I made a whopping $34K

It is CRAZY work...you learn a LOT...but for me, it's only worth it to a certain point. Once you see how much time is sacrificed, you will hate yourself for staying there longer than a year...I will have put in almost 3 years...If I had stayed in my old group another month or so...I would have been a BRM...but I just got to the point where I said there are better jobs out there...I rent to corporate customers who make twice what I do and work less hours than me...they aren't any smarter (well, some are)...so I looked around and found something different.

Capitalize on the experience...don't get stuck there!

Pharm reps kiss doctor's asses all day, drive minivans or grand prix's, and live in their company car. They only make $60-$80K and are useless to society. All they do is drive up drup prices. What a sorry profession. We help society at ERAC. We keep the World in motion. What do you do?

My partner and I love each other. She stood by me in those 1st years when I did work 55+hours/week. Over the past 10 years life has been great. I have seen many of my new hires over the years become very successful. One of my RRM's is 7years in and he earned over $230K last year alone. The dream is possible if you strive for the best. I am sorry you could not strive.

I come on this site so people can see the success at ERAC and not just the failures that want to tell their story. You failed, but you fail at everything. I work hard and I succeed just like everyone else can. Don't give people the wrong idea about ERAC. We are a great company and a great opportunity for people that can overcome adversity..

to Greatness 12 = your an a asshole. i did not fail.... you actually sounded pretty level headed in your posts and confident with yourself and your job at erac. up untl you called me a failure i have a to call you out. now you are just like every other asshole at erac in mgmt drinking the kool aid and have the cult mentality. a fraction of people find success that you spoke of. if you read my posts on this site when i left as a 2 yr manager my rrm was begging me to stay and was going to put me in for an area mgr spot that week. i probably would have not got it beings i was a 3.5 year employee but with tremendous numbers. however all of the people i managed were promoted and are still there being successful as mgr's and asst's. is that gratifying yes are they underepaid, overworked.... absolutley... lastly I made a great decision for myself and i know the truth bro... my buddy got promoted to 2 months prior and he was setup to make 75k his first year. that is not what i was sold when i came on board. i was told 100k to 125k as aan are mgr and now it is 65k. the reall money is at rrm or group rental and that takes alot of time and lukc and hard work . i figured i would take the perks and 90k a year and my mba paid for and i could accomplish the same. suck my di*k greatness12 i will say whatever the fu*k i want about erac i sweated blood there for 3 plus years and dealt with the mind control bullshit like your continuing to try here. i would only have to assume that you have a 3 inch di*k and you insecure with yourself still.... loser
