ERAC and Cults

The comparisons are valid. Cults have the following traits:

1) Wearing the exact same clothes.
2) Praying or preaching the virtues of the leader (Andy Taylor)
3) Only has friendships and realtionships with those in the cult, cutting off all family contact and past friendships
4) Looking down at all past cult members and making disparaging comments about them after leaving the cult

Other traits?

All the above...and add to it the relationships that come about amoung coworkers......in breeding. ummmm....yeah this guys DOES have a point....all these things listed DO apply to erac! Sad but true!
