Please refer to the summary of the job in Group U2 Midlands by PUT_OUT_TO PASTURE, I think it is under the first thread 'relieved ex employee'. You will know enough then to make a decision. I think you can do a lot better.

JGATZ..... this was one of erac's finest talking...... I WOULD NOT EASTE ANY TIME WITH THIS PERSON..... MOST PEOPLE IN THE FBI, CIA - US MARSHALLS, HAVE PSYCH DEGREES AT SOME LEVEL.....
| |||
I feel compelled to put ignorant people in their place... Plus, I get pissed when people criticize my major... :)

i noticed that the site has become pro erac over the last month or so. dude really money isn't everything..... you have no life, you wash cars in a suit, you lie for a living and , and you sound like a brainwashed underling or a area mgr with one liner quotes of 46k for the rest of your life and cubicle bullshit. you wil be fired or quit in a couple of years anyway so what is the dfifference. the odds are stacked against you if you think you are going to work there a long time or make it big!!! good luck

ERAC is the same as any lottery, people all line up like idiots thinking that they are the next big winner.....even to the ones that have won a little, it wont last...everyone that has left enterprise has left for many good reasons....and I bet that hardly any have left because of the typical "cant hack it" bs that you 6 figure superstars try and tout! I have read countless stories of people seeing their managers, ARM, RRM, being fired! YOUR NEXT! __________________ "the grass is $greener$ on the other side!"

The truth is that ERAC is just like a pro sports team or any other fortune 500 corporation. You have to work hard It won't be easy in the beginning There might be long hours sometimes You might question if its worth it The bullshit flows downhill and the cash uphill or so it seems There is a lot to learn Gotta read between the lines Gotta hone your people skills Gotta hone your negotiating skills You will have mentors in positions above you to guide you You will have to make choices and figure out what matters to you Much like that commercial where the guy has to fight the dragon and then his sword turns him into a US Marine, so too will your mettle and character be forged IF you can hang in there. I'm 29, and making good coin with this company. I'm a branch manager with 207 car fleet. The hours are tough, but I don't care bc my tru brothers and family are those that have come up through the ranks with me. We have a bond you won't find in other workplaces.
