In Germany you'll get about 2560,- Euro which is the standard entry wage at erac germany. Been working there for a couple of month at the admin dep.. Not too bad, but not my cup of tea. I believe the rental staff working hours are about 60hours average. Probably its a good idea to sign up and leave for a better offer after a couple of months...

Don't worry, your english is better than a lot of people that live in the US. Some can't even speak it at all let alone write it.
