Interview tommorow HELP !!!

Hello,

I have my first interview with ERAC tomorrow. Please help me out with the kind of questions they ask. Also, what do i need to know before the interview? And how long does the interview take? I would really appreciate it.

They will ask you some open ended questions like why you want to work there and then get more specific with situational judgement tasks like: "Tell me about a time when you had to deal with an upset customer and what you did to diffuse the situation" etc. It is pretty basic. The second and third interviews cover many of the same things just with different people. It is not that hard, so don't sweat it. Be yourself and ask them questions about things. It shows you're interested. They usually take about 45 min. Hope this helps!

Definitely telling them you were in a fraternity/sorority, love football, and love making money even more, does help!

Did you get the job? Which city were you going for? I worked at Newmarket for a while years back.....almost all the people I knew are gone. Albino was a good guy....really sold the dream back in the day.
