All these whiny little bitches that come on here haven't got it yet. They are still hoping that they will hit the ERAC lotto and be making the 6 figs and golfing all day. My ARMs never golfed all day. I worked in two offices that held the main office of the ARM and they were always around. One of these days Goofus will realize how much it sucks and quit and then he will be right back here spouting off about how much ERAC sucks.
Do you think the car rental business is disfunctional in general sometimes? I know people who work for HLE and they say it is not as bad as ERAC, but the same drudgery of the job exists over there too. Just wondering what your thoughts were.....

I guess they would all be somewhat the same. I'm just not sure what types of promises the higher-ups make at HLE and AVis, etc. If you are going in there knowing full well what you will be doing and there are no "6 years 6 figures" illusions then there probably isn't so much job dissatisfaction. I think ERAC over-promises their employees. Maybe 15 years ago you could be an ARM withn 4-6 years making $200K a year but not anymore. Nowadays, anytime a branch get's too big they split the branch into two branches. I know so many BM's that had a 200+ car branch and then they spilt the territory and what was left was a 100 car branch. Now, how is that fair? Then the BM would get shit that his numbers were down. Was it his fault they took 100 cars and 9 accounts away from him and gave it to someone else?

My job isnt hard since I left ERAC! The problem with the hardships in working at ERAC is the shitty pay and at least our Military is working for a noble cause (even though this war is a complete mess we still need to support our troops)

The people working at ERAC are NOT doing anything remotely noble. I actually got pneumonia the two winters I worked there, that wasnt worth 10 bucks an hour.

Branch$$$... More power to you! You aren't afraid of hard work and you get rewarded for it. Losers like Robert sit at home all day. When the sun goes down, all he has to show for himself is a hand full of spooge and a raw pencil dick

You seriously need to wake up and get a grip...quick!

If by hack it you mean work a shit job, for shit pay, in shitty conditions then NO I couldnt hack it!

I still work very hard for my money I just work for a good company thats the difference. I have never been afraid of hard work...I stuck it out at ERAC for two years before moving on. In college I worked two full time jobs to get myself through. I went to a good school (an expensive school) and I'm not about to waste that money and education to sell 10 dollar vehicle upgrades and "dub" to people and basically rip off everyone and deal with all the bullshit a career at ERAC brings.

get a clue douche!
