Must make them feel like their money was well spent. How does it feel to be a glorified taxi driver/car wash/rental jockey? I quit ERAC but I did it to make more money...how does that make me a quitter? Simple math...take your salary and divide it by your hours worked, probably come out to 10 or 11 an hour. I think I'll take my $30 an hour if that's ok by you...turd.
You only make $30 an hour? I feel sorry for you.

Oh, and since the nicer weather is starting I will be clocking out for the day by 4 the latest to head over to the Barking Crab to grab a table on the water and a pitcher of Sam Summer while the E-drones are still taking their three no's. So glad I got out of there. Now I know some lying sack of crap is going to post here and say that he is an ARM and leaves at 2 everyday after spending the entire day on the golf course. That is BS, it didn't happen, stop thinking it did and pull around my SUV you loser!
Couldn't do a man's job now could you? I hope you can hack working the local Taco Bell you quitter.

Hey Steve, you're right...all the negative ERAC posts are from the same person...thats brilliant logic! I can tell you have your ERAC virtual masters degree.

By the way, how do you even have time to put so many posts on this site? Shouldn't you be trying to get coffee stains and dog hair out of some Chevy Malibu somewhere.

WTF are you Bipolar or something...I thought you were my failing enterprise friend?

I guess expecting intelligent commentary from a bunch of quitters is too much. Stick to what you fellas (or fella): Working the grill at McDonalds and smoking weed behind the dumpsters on your 15 minute breaks. You are all on the fast road to nowhere. Have fun!

60hrs / week x 52 weeks / yr = 3,120 hrs / year
$100,000 /yr / 3,000 hrs /yr = $32.05/hr

assuming you break into the 6 fig range (which is subject to your own performance and variables you have no control over i.e local economy) you only make $2.05/hr more than whoever you are feeling sorry for. Big fucking deal. Steve, no matter how you look at it your job sucks. I feel sorry for you.

Oh so big ERAC manager (or whatever the hell you are) has a day off so how does he spend his day...posting on Failingenterprise.com

Whats wrong with that picture?

Also, I noticed you make a lot of references to fast food places...you must be another one of those 100 pound overweight ERACers...too many pizza lunches and donut Fridays huh?

$30 per hour times 40 hrs times 52 weeks= $62,400
a very good wage, esp for somebody younger.
i know state police that have retired and never made more than $60k a year, to put it into perspective.
a solid middle class wage.
now compare it to the avg erac salary...since their is soo many mt's to balance out the inflated wages of rvp and up, my guess is that if you averaged all the numbers out, even roughly, the avg pay would be 45k max, proly less.
compared to other companies such as microsoft/ibm/gm i wonder how erac stacks up. they talk so much shit about having the most millionaires, pro athelete money, etc...
my guess is not worth a fuck, i know UAW unskilled workers pulling down more than mr.bighshot steve williams

Steve, please post a paystub. We are all very curious about your boastful claims. We'll be waiting, but not holding our breath.
