Do you have the whole day off or is it your "flex" day...ya know that day that ERAC pretends you will get to work a 1/2 day as compensation for working the weekend but its not really a 1/2 day and your lucky if you get to leave at 4.

I know hard work scares you but our branch is a 7 day a week branch. My days off are split, Saturday and Tuesday by choice. Now lets hear your complaints about split days off now.....

Why is it that just because I work 5 days (40 hours) a week and I work in a cube (or from my home) that makes me lazy or afraid of work? I'm not afraid of work and I work very hard...I just don't have to be on my feet all day scrubbing cars and running around like a chicken with my head cut off. You really don't need to be a genius to pick up people, write up rental tickets, and be a donut delivery person. At least I get to use my brain now.

I never worked in a 7 day a week branch...thank God because I didn't spend 100,000 to go to college to work 7 days a week. I would of just kept my high school job at Arby's if I wanted to do that. We had to work on Saturday's and when my area manager interviewed me and told me I would work ONE saturday a month I guess I should of known he meant THREE.

Just to be clear, Am I also lazy because I like working from home 2 days a week and really really enjoy my 11 and a 1/2 paid holidays?

You know, I love all the ERAC clones who come on here and say that people that get out are lazy and don't like hard work. Then in the next breath they say they can't wait to be a ARM so they can golf all day and leave early to take the BM's drinking. So what is it Steve-O!?

My opinion, Steve has dug himself into a hole. He knows that he cannot defend ERAC so he just keeps spouting the same line and tossing off insults. Steve, you need to grow up. Am I threatening you? No, I do believe you work at ERAC but I was just curious as to what region and position you held. You answered that and I respect you for answering. But son, you gotta understand, you cannot say that former ERACers are lazy just because we have enough self respect to get a descent job with a descent wage in a real field with real growth. I work about 37 hours a week, M-F, no weekends. AM I lazy? When I am at work I work, doing things you couldn't even begin to imagine. I work on real estate transactions worth tens of millions of dollars, maybe even more. I deal with real clients, clients who spend $100K a month on legal bills, not clients who work at the local body shop and don't even have a ccard when they want to get hooked up. So tell me son, am I lazy or just wicked smaht!

Did you ever see the movie Wall Street? We are Ruthless like Gordon Gecko, like Tony Montana in a sharp suit.

It's all about running your own deal and staying true to the vision that has rewarded myself and so many others. Not my problem if YOUR vision of success is hazy and unrecognizable. I've been a branch mgr for 3 yrs and I am living the dream.
SORRY DID YOU SAY 3 YEARS OBVIOUSLY YOUR NOT AS SHIT HOT AS YOU THINK! ALSO YOU LIKEN BEING AN ERAC WARRIOR TO BASIC TRAINING...DONT YOU YANK RETARDS ALWAYS SHOOT EACH OTHER IN WAR ZONES AND I HEAR HOMOSEXUALITY IS RIFE. JUST TO CLARIFY FROM READING YOUR BULLSHIT I HAVE CONDENSED IT TO THE FOLLOWING:
"I AM A FAG MY VISION OF SUCCESS IS HAZY AND UNRECOGNISABLE FROM ALL THE POPPERS I HAVE BEEN TAKING. US TROOPS ARE THE SHITTEST MOST INCOMPETENT ARMED FORCE IN THE WORLD WHO HAND OUT MEDALS FOR WIPING YOUR ARSE OR TYING YOUR BOOTS CORRECTLY"

You are incorrect when stating, They don't just hand out company cars and store keys to every lackey that walks through the door" when in fact the opposite is true. The majority of promotions within ERAC are achieved through ATTRITION so don't attempt to make yourself believe you're something special. Hang in there long enough and you'll get the bump when someone is terminated or resigns.

No, what I am commenting on is how you people go on and on about the work hours. You all seem to brag about how little you work now vs. how much you work now. If you went on and found another career, good for you. But why would you make judgements for me or any other ERAC employee? It is our choice to work as hard as we do. Not yours.
