Sorry, I'd rather work for the company I'm employed with now, a multinational, well respected, billion dollar consulting company that provides value to its clients. Furthermore, the employees are respected and considered the highest asset of the company. I'm allowed to build upon the business skills I have now and continue to develop additional skills with every new project. I'm no longer a chimp brainwashed into suckering others into buying worthless products like DUB ,working at the same deal day after day after day. Thank god I couldn't "hack it" at Enterprise. Drop the green banana! Geesh!
Well stated. What Branch $$$ Manager doesn't realize is that he is a ditch digger too... it's just his brain that is wearing the overalls.

You people are the ones brainwashed. Delude your self into thinking you can get by on fluffy hopes and dreams. Like i said, its a hardball world and the currency is benjamins, not flitting along through life like a butterfly. You gotta sacrifice and I know my sacrifice has paid off and will in spades when I become an area manager which is probably within 2 years tops.

I'll be golfing with the boys and watching my business build itself, making my MARK on the world.

ERAC is like a set of tools. In th wrong hands, things just get more messed up. But with the proper motivation and instruction, you can build something impressive that takes on a life of its own.

Have you ever even read The Pupose Driven Life or Who Moved My cheese ? I'm trying to help you guys!
The very words out of your mouth make you sound like a cult member, especially since you fail to recognize that there are other opportunities much better than freakin' Enterprise. I bet if someone left a post that they left to go back to medical school, you would call them a loser. Sounds to me like you are a bully with a brain the size of a pea. I've yet to hear one current pro-ERAC employee state a balanced arguement for their side. Instead... ERAC it is all fluff... hopes and dreams painted to get idiots like you to stick around thinking you have it better than anyone else. Good luck on that promotion in 2 years! You probably won't ever see it.

i think the "YES SIR" was being implied to saying "yes sir" to your boss.... you are not really your own boss and "running your own business" as erac advertises.... you actually become a "yes man" to your boss or your boss's boss... the more you move up the less control you actually have over your own career. as an MT you actually have the most control over your own career. after that it is a crapshoot.....

Great points, I never thought about it that way. At MT, you actually have more power than you think. When you start going up you sell more of yourself off, piece by piece. Strong observations man!

YO, while we're talkin shirts and ties, what the bleep is this whole fetish with white shirts? Is it actually in the dress code? I think it's stupid. You can still look professional without wearing a white shirt. Diversity of shirt colors is good.

I heard Jack is a secret member of the KKK, hence the white shirts only. Hoods are optional.
