great post! Yes, anyone that takes enterhell seriously is seriously void of any futuristic thinking and only lives in the moment to revel in scandalous debauchery and a frenzy of alcoholic tantrums.

I am currently working at ERAC because a friend of mine is drinking the kool aid and I can't believe that I am so stupid. This is the worst job I have ever had. I would rather eat shit on a daily basis than continue this job. First of all I loved the three interview idea it really had me going. You only clean cars once in a while. I clean cars all day. My porter makes three dollars an hour less than me. I took a pay cut to come to this fucking joke. I also love the fact that ERAC pays employees to recruit other idiots. Move up I would rather move out except I work 100 HRS a week and never know when I am going to get a lunch which makes going to an interview impossible. Employees steal the gas card on purpose to get fired. Selling insurance is not a real sales job. I've work in sales and any real sale should take longer than 30 seconds. I am smarter than my managers who are also looking for new jobs because they hate this shit. This is a great business plan find dumb ass kids out of college and hire all of them and see who is dumb enough to stick around. I could have sued this company a million times already. If they ever fire me I will because I was told I can't take a lunch twice my first two months. If I wanted to pledge a fraternity again I would go back to college. I have found that everyone that works for ERAC has no friends and are always going out with each other after work. I have friends and would like to see more of them. I am not a loser who bleeds green. Everyone on this site who has quit this company is on point that this is a fucking joke. If you are going to even think about working for this company I want you to phone a friend and tell them to shove there foot so far up your ass that you never do such a stupid thing again. If you want something good on a resume put down that you were so fucking smart that you told ERAC to go fuck themselves you should get hired instantly. I would hire you. If I were offered any piece of the pie maybe some commision for selling the insurance I would give a fuck about this company. My manager gets paid on commision and we don't rent any cars and they don't even go marketing. They just sit there and say wow we are so slow. If these BM and ARM are so fucking smart they would know that AVIS hires you as an independent contractor and you take home all the fucking money you dumb shits. Anyways renting cars is lower than stealing from a poor person. Maybe next thanksgiving I will be thankful for not working for ERAC.

Which area are you working at now for Enterprise Rental Car.? It seem like your really nosey and concern about you friend cool aid drinking. I guess life suck when you end up reading about your issues to uncover the person that put you in that mental state.
