I'm lookin in the fridge and seeing those icey cold brews just waiting for friday night. We are rolling area meeting and eom into back to back nights, so there's a lot more than 12 beers back there bro.

Got my latest new hire to sell 48/46/12 this month and a seat at the dinner table.

Like I said, good times. Enjoy the unemployment checks lol!
E-chimp rebuttals are so predictable. This guy will get canned inside a year and drowning his sorrows in Coronas and nachos for weeks afterwards.

Just remember, while you were doing that, I was at my place at the lake in NH kicking back, watching the Sox and just loving life. This Friday, while you are huffing and puffing about finding cars I will be getting off work at 1:30 to head up to my buddy's place at the beach in Maine for another weekend of drinking beers and kicking back at the beach. Think of me while you are trying to reach your ARM on the phone to get you cars. Book don't look!
This post deserves Hall Of Fame Induction, it is so funny and true.

Oh my god was that funny, and so true. E-tards don't realize the best years of their lives are being dried up by Taylor.

To get the brass ring, you need to show you are mentally strong, iron willed, and disciplined. They don't just hand out company cars and store keys to every lackey that walks though the door. Its a hardball world and you need to prove the U have something to offer. The steely eyed glint you see in any BM or ARM or above means they know people skills, how to negotiate, how to play to strengths, how to play to weaknesses, to how move in for the kill. Did you ever see the movie Wall Street? We are Ruthless like Gordon Gecko, like Tony Montana in a sharp suit.

It's all about running your own deal and staying true to the vision that has rewarded myself and so many others. Not my problem if YOUR vision of success is hazy and unrecognizable. I've been a branch mgr for 3 yrs and I am living the dream.
There is a difference between living "the dream", and living "the only dream you know".

I've come to a realization. I'm a current BM. Let's just say I was promoted through the system extremely quick. I've been in the top 5 in the BRM matrix the past 4 months. I'm pacing to make upper 50's, and I've only been with the company 2 years almost on the dot.
One would think, I should be happy.

This freakin' sucks. I've gotten three people promoted in the last three months and have only gotten one employee to replace them. My ARM says, "Your personnel expense is low. You should be estatic." I'm exhausted. What am I doing?

The realization is that for any normal, logical person the life cycle of a successful ERAC career is 2 years. You've gotten all the training you need to launch your career. Leave. Get out. Enterprise is a LIFE, not a job.

It always amazes me how understaffed branches are considering how little people are paid. I was amazed at the job I got after ERAC because we actually have tons of people working. Half my day is sitting around or double checking my work.

Well, I've already contacted two recruiters, one of my current corp accounts. Already had my first interview for a job with much more opportunity for pay and work/life balance than ERAC. The 'hard labor' will soon be over.
