| Alright, so recently, I checked out all the flailing reviews for ERAC and I like many others got hustled into the notion that this company would be the greatest thing for my career. The reason is the 'top 50 places to jump start your career' mumbo jumbo, then.. I found this website and jobvent.com featuring ERAC as the 2nd worst job rating on the site. So the lady asked me all these behavioral questions and what not, I nailed them easily, and she scheduled me for an interview next Thursday, whether I will go or not depends on my mood over this company. I asked her two questions that this website taught me to ask.. "What the hours and pay?" Now I was under the impression from their "accurate" website and reviews that it would pay up to 35,000 and even 40K on some job boards for the MT position, but she laughed.. she freakin' giggled for 8 seconds, I swear, and she said "No, it's about 32.5, perhaps lower than that in some regions." And I'm like W.T.F. lady. My second question was: "What is the turn over rate?" And she had the blatantly audacity to say this in a charismatic and "teehee" manner, over 90% like it was a good thing. "We have such a high turn over rate in order to train our future business leaders aka Managers." And that was it. |

i remember seeing some dumb matrix that shows how first year employees can make 40k their first year, but it included things like 6 car sales leads, an employee referral, and a few other ways you can pad your check that I can't recall. |

| "Up to" $40K means just that. UP TO. Just be careful during the interview process when they start quoting salaries. It is true, some first year management trainees "can" make $35K per year. However, what they neglect to tell you is they factor in possible bonuses that are available. These can provide a substantial boost to your salary and often does not take a lot of hard, physical work. Some groups give referral bonuses for car sales, corporate accounts, truck rental, and new hires. Without any bonuses, $30K would probably be a more accurate salary. |

| Maybe if you don't contribute to your 401k and work about 58 hours a week. The best part is when you actually take a pay cut to be an Ass. Mgr. |
